By accessing or using TrueFt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including property owners, agents, and NRI clients.
TrueFt provides a private property management operating system for NRIs, including property listing, legal document management, tenant screening, rent collection facilitation, and compliance monitoring. We act as a platform provider and not as a legal or financial advisor.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and ensuring all property listings comply with applicable Indian laws including RERA, FEMA, and local municipal regulations.
All property listings are subject to platform moderation and approval. TrueFt reserves the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of applicable laws. Listing approval does not constitute an endorsement of the property or its legal standing.
Platform fees are as outlined in your membership agreement. TrueFt does not facilitate direct financial transactions between landlords and tenants. All rental and deposit transactions are the responsibility of the respective parties.
TrueFt provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for disputes between landlords and tenants, inaccuracies in property documentation, or losses arising from reliance on platform data without independent legal verification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
